Registering a team? Here’s everything you need to know

Whether you’re a returning team or joining us for the first time, here’s your complete guide to registering your team and securing your spot.

📍 Where to Register

All team registrations are completed online via our official website.

On launch night, head to the Tournaments page and select your tournament. You’ll be guided through the process step-by-step, including team details, age division selection and payment.

Please note: Registrations are not confirmed until payment has been received.

We strongly recommend registering early as divisions can fill quickly. First in, best dressed.

📝 How to Register – Step-by-Step

Team registrations will officially open at 6:00pm on launch day.

At this time, a “REGISTER HERE” button will go live on the respective event page. Once the button is live, team managers can begin the registration process.

Here’s how it works:

1. Visit the event page before 6:00pm on launch day.
2. Click the “REGISTER HERE” button.
3. Enter the required team manager details:
  - Full Name
  - Phone Number
  - Email Address
  - Number of players in the team
  - Postal address
4. The system will automatically calculate your team entry fee based on the number of players entered.
5. Complete payment to secure your team’s spot.
Once payment has been completed, team managers will automatically be directed to the Jersey Selection Page.

At this stage, you will be required to select your team’s Nation.

Please choose carefully.

Nation selections made on registration launch night cannot be changed, as allocations are secured in real time.
