Registration Platform Now Live

As part of our commitment to improving the 3Ptag experience, we’re proud to announce the launch of our very own dedicated registration platform. Designed to make team and athlete management more seamless than ever, this new system allows for instant nation confirmation & improved manager and individual usability.

But that’s not all. Our new platform will also serve as the hub for live scoring and streaming, giving players, coaches, and fans the ultimate all-in-one experience.

Registration Must-Knows

To keep everything running smoothly, it’s important to understand our registration timelines and structure:

• Each competition now has a 4-week registration window from the date it launches (7 weeks for Senior All Nations)

• Athletes can register at the early bird rate of $154 (including uniform) for the first 2 weeks

• A late registration window of 2 weeks follows, with a price increase of $20

• Once registrations have closed, they will not reopen under any circumstance

What happens next depends on your team's numbers at the final cut off:

• Teams with 6–8 players: We’ll look to merge you with other short-numbered teams

• Teams with 9–11 players: We’ll aim to top you up with individual registrants. If we’re unable to do so, you will be asked to pay the remaining fees per missing player. If you decline this offer, the Team Entry Fee ($33 per player) will be forfeited, and individual registration and uniform fees will be refunded to the original payment method

• Teams with 12 or more players are good to go, even if originally registering more than 12. Please note: the Team Entry Fee is non-refundable, as it covers critical administrative costs.

Replacing Players

This year, we are introducing enhanced registration functionality designed to simplify processes for managers, players, and our administration team.

Team managers will now have the ability to update key details directly through the portal, including manager contact information such as phone number, email, and postal address, ensuring records remain accurate and current.

In addition, managers can edit player information, including names, spelling, uniform sizing, jersey numbers, and process player replacements where required. By empowering managers with these capabilities, we aim to minimise misplaced information and support a more streamlined and efficient tournament experience for all involved.

Uniform Orders

For participants that order incorrect sizing we will offer an emergency order within that last fortnight prior to tournament. All emergency orders will be collected at the tournament from Information Desk. Please be aware the pricing for on shore manufacturing is double that of the original uniform cost.
