Inaugural Schools Challenge

Inaugural Schools Challenge

We are proud to introduce the Inaugural 3Ptag Schools Challenge. A brand-new event designed to bring school communities together through sport, connection and shared pride. This challenge represents more than competition; it is a celebration of the schools, educators and students who contribute daily to creating supportive and inspiring environments for young people to grow and thrive.

Across two action-packed days, the Schools Challenge will shine a spotlight on teachers and facilitators whose dedication helps shape confident, resilient students, while recognising the teamwork, spirit and pride displayed by school teams as they represent their communities on the field.

📅 April 1 & 2
📍 Bill Norris Reserve, Beenleigh

Who’s Competing

Boys and Girls school teams will take the field across the following divisions:

  • Year 5/6

  • Year 7/8

  • Year 9/10

  • Year 11/12

What’s On Offer

The tournament structure ensures every team remains engaged and competitive throughout the event:

Cup – The premier division, where top-performing teams battle for overall honours.
Plate – A competitive secondary pathway for teams progressing from early Cup rounds or mid-pool standings.
Bowl – A development and participation tier designed to ensure all teams experience meaningful finals football.

For many, the most memorable moments of school life are found in friendship, shared challenges, and the joy of playing together. The Schools Challenge aims to bring those moments to life — fostering connection, confidence, and memories that students will carry long after the final whistle.

The stage is set. Schools, it’s your time to represent.
